To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The 30-day refund window begins from the date of your order, not the date of delivery.

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund request. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. Once we receive and verify your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable: customized or personalized products, items marked as final sale, digital products, and items purchased during special clearance sales. Refunds will not be issued for items returned after 30 days or items that do not meet the condition requirements listed above.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less than original condition due to customer misuse. In such cases, a deduction will be made from the original purchase price.
